Terms of Warranty

Normal Coverage

Each VALOROSO product is warranted by Andiamo Luggage Division, Paragon Luggage, Inc., 1111-A Bell Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780-6431, U.S.A., to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the Valoroso product is owned by the original purchaser (this warranty is non-transferable). If such a defect should arise, Andiamo will repair or replace your Valoroso Luggage and return it to you free of charge.

Enhanced Coverage

If the original purchaser fully completes the warranty registration card for each Valoroso Collection item purchased and sends it, together with the retail seller's original itemized sales receipt showing the purchase date, to Andiamo within 30 days of purchase, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase this warranty will also include repair or replacement (at Andiamo's option) of the Valoroso Luggage in the event of damage caused by any means whatsoever, and Andiamo will also reimburse the cost of domestic ground freight to Andiamo for warranty repair during those first ten (10) years. *Please make a copy of the original receipt for your records.

Enhanced Coverage Repair

If you qualify for Enhanced Coverage and the repair is within the initial ten (10) year period also send a copy of your inbound freight invoice. Be sure to include your correct return address and a daytime phone number, email address or fax number.

Exclusions

All consequential or incidental damages are disclaimed. Andiamo is not responsible for damage to contents, loss of use, or loss of time, or other consequential or incidental damages. All conditions other than defects in material and workmanship and damage caused by common carriers--for example normal wear and tear, or by misuse--are excluded from the Andiamo Luggage warranty, except as specified in the section entitled Enhanced Coverage if you qualify for Enhanced Coverage. Remember, to qualify for repair or replacement of damage due to airlines or other carriers during the first ten (10) years of ownership you must send to Andiamo Luggage within 30 days of purchase the warranty registration card for each item purchased and the original itemized purchase receipt showing date of purchase.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by the Andiamo warranty. Except as provided under the heading "Enhanced Coverage" and for the time stated in that section, damage due to accident, carrier handling or misuse, is not covered by our warranty. Andiamo Luggage will make non-warranty repairs for a reasonable charge after your approval of cost estimate. For a cost estimate send your item to Andiamo freight pre-paid. Andiamo will use original parts and materials (if available) to repair it for a reasonable charge.

Your satisfaction is of concern to us. In spite of our exacting, painstaking construction and use of the finest components, your Andiamo Luggage product is not indestructible and will not last forever. Over time and use it will require refurbishment or wear out. Reasonable care and common sense must be used to avoid damage and to extend the useful life of your luggage.

Important Notice:

Any common carrier (airplane, train, ship or bus) is solely responsible for all damages to your luggage or property while in their possession. It is their obligation to provide for your repair, replacement or reimbursement. Be sure to examine your luggage carefully after every trip.
